摘要
以水性丙烯酸乳液为成膜物,多聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺和季戊四醇按质量比为2∶1∶1组成膨胀阻燃体系,添加颜填料二氧化钛和氧化锌,制备了膨胀型防火涂料。采用正交试验设计与单变量方差分析,通过SPSS和MATLAB软件分析了不同配方涂层样品的抑烟及阻燃性能,获得了最优配方(以质量分数表示):水性丙烯酸乳液42.25%、膨胀阻燃体系49.29%、氧化锌4.23%、二氧化钛4.23%,优化后的膨胀型防火涂料具有良好的抑烟和阻燃性能。
An intumescent flame-retardant coating was prepared with waterborne acrylic emulsion as binder,an intumescent flame-retardant component comprising ammonium polyphosphate,melamine,and pentaerythritol with a mass ratio of 2:1:1,as well as titania and zinc oxide as pigment and filler.The flame retardance and smoke suppression of the coating samples prepared with various compositions were studied by orthogonal test and univariate analysis of variance using the SPSS and MATLAB software.The optimized composition was determined as follows:waterborne acrylic emulsion 42.25wt.%,intumescent flame-retardant component 49.29wt.%,zinc oxide 4.23wt.%,and titania 4.23wt.%.The optimized intumescent flame-retardant coating had good smoke suppression and flame-retardant properties.
