大唐石鸡水电站2号机下导轴承温度过高原因分析及处理

摘要 石鸡水电站2号机B级检修完启动时,下导轴承温度过高不能正常带负荷运行,电站经几次反复调整处理,问题仍没能解决,经分析是旋转中心偏移过多造成电磁力不平衡所至,把轴位调整后问题得到解决,机组带负荷运行正常。 When the No.2 unit of Shiji Hydropower Station is commenced after completion of B-class maintenance, the unit failed to operate with load due to the excessive temperature of the lower guide bearing.After repeated conditioning, the problem still cannot be solved.The analysis shows that the unbalanced electromagnetic force due to excessive offset of the rotation center caused the problem which is solved through adjusting the shaft position, and the unit is running normally with load.
