通过对东莞市不动产统一登记存量数据工作开展的必要性分析,结合现有资料,提出了总体技术路线设计,并对关键技术路线设计、数据编码整合建库,质量控制等阶段进行研究和分析,初步建立了完整、准确、科学的东莞市不动产统一登记存量数据库,为全市不动产统一发证工作提供权威的数据支持。

Through the analysis of the necessity for the work of the stock data of unified real estate registration in Dongguan City and the existing data, this paper puts forward the overall technical route design, studies and analyzes the key technical route design, the data coding integration, database construction, quality control and other stages of stock data integration of real estate unified registration in Dongguan, a complete, accurate and scientific database for the unified registration of real estate stock data in Dongguan has been preliminarily established.
