211份金荞麦收集系根茎黄酮含量的分析评价 被引量:11

Analysis and evaluation of the flavonoid content of rhizomes of 211 different Golden buckwheat accessions(Fagopyrum cymosum complex)

摘要 通过80%乙醇提取法对211份金荞麦收集系根茎的黄酮含量的分析发现,金荞麦收集系根茎黄酮含量变异范围为0.322~1.554mg/g,变异系数为23.2%,呈近似正态分布,其中45%收集系(94份)根茎的黄酮含量高于平均值(0.939mg/g)。聚类分析结果表明,当平方欧式距离为12时,样品被分为3类:第1类包含黄酮含量居中的147个样品,范围在0.524~1.032mg/g之间,第2类包含黄酮含量较高的61个样品,范围在1.040~1.554mg/g之间,第3类包含黄酮含量较低的3个样品,在0.5mg/g以下。对来源于贵州、云南、四川、西藏、湖南5个省的金荞麦根茎黄酮含量进行比较,5个省区的金荞麦收集系根茎黄酮含量彼此之间没有显著差异。对贵州省遵义、毕节、铜仁、贵阳、安顺、六盘水、黔南、黔东南等8个地区的金荞麦收集系根茎黄酮含量进行比较,结果显示:安顺和黔东南的金荞麦收集系根茎平均黄酮含量较高,均在1.000mg/g以上,六盘水的金荞麦收集系根茎平均黄酮含量居中,均为0.918mg/g,遵义、毕节、铜仁、贵阳、黔南的金荞麦收集系根茎平均黄酮含量较低,低于0.900mg/g。 This study analyzed the flavonoid content of rhizomes of 211 different golden buckwheat accessions by 80% ethanol extraction.The results showed that the variation of flavonoids content in rhizomes of different golden buckwheat accessions ranged from 0.322 to 1.554 mg/g,and the coefficient of variation was 0.232,indicating an approximate normal distribution.Among them,45% of accessions (94) had higher flavonoid content than their average (0.939 mg/g).By cluster analysis with the distance threshold of 12,the accessions are divided into three groups.TheⅠgroup contains 147 samples with a middle flavonoid content ranging from 0.524 to 1.032 mg/g.The Ⅱ group contains 61 accessions with a high flavonoid content ranging from 1.040 to 1.554 mg/g.Group Ⅲ consists of accessions with low flavonoid content below 0.5mg/g.The flavonoid contents of rhizome of golden buckwheat native to Guizhou,Yunnan,Sichuan,Tibet and Hunan provinces were compared with each other.There was no significant difference in flavonoid content between rhizomes of the golden buckwheat collection lines in five provinces.The flavonoids content of rhizome of golden buckwheat collection lines in 8 regions including Zunyi,Bijie,Tongren,Guiyang,Anshun,Liupanshui,Qiannan and Qiandongnan of Guizhou Province were compared.The results showed that the average flavonoid content of the rhizome of the golden buckwheat collection line in Anshun and Qiandongnan is higher,which were 1.000 mg/g.The average flavonoid content of rhizome of the golden buckwheat collection line of Liupanshui is medium,which were 0.918 mg/g.The average flavonoid content of the rhizome of the golden buckwheat collection lines in Zunyi,Bijie,Tongren,Guiyang and Qiannan is lower than 0.900 mg/g.It has certain guiding significance for the quality breeding of rhizome of golden buckwheat collection.
