基于粒子群算法的信封机同步控制系统设计 被引量:3

摘要 为了解决传统机械总轴同步控制信封机存在的系统结构复杂、灵活性差、工作噪声大以及长期运转造成的机械磨损导致同步控制精度下降等问题,设计了以数字信号处理器和伺服驱动器为核心的自动信封包装机多电机同步控制系统.系统采用多电机主从同步控制方式,通过PID算法改善系统的同步性能,并应用粒子群算法对PID参数整定得出最优参数.结果表明,该多电机同步控制系统超调量为零,响应速度为0. 15 s,能够满足信封生产同步精度高、响应速度快及稳定性能好的要求,具有较高的应用价值. In order to inhibit the fact that the traditional envelope packer based on the synchronous control of mechanical main shaft has such problems as complicated system structure, poor flexibility, large operating noise and the decrease of synchronous control accuracy of mechanical wear caused by the long-term operation , a multi-motor synchronous control system of automatic envelope packer was designed through taking the digital signal processor (DSP) and servo driver as the core. The master-slave synchronous control mode was used in the proposed system, and the synchronous performance of the system was improved with the PID algorithm. In addition, the particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm was used to tune the PID parameters to obtain the optimal parameters. The results show that the overshoot of multi-motor synchronous control system is 0, and the response speed is 0.15 s, which can satisfy the requirements of high accuracy, fast response speed and good stability of envelope production. Therefore, the proposed system is highly applicable.
