摘要
聚合物凭借其特殊的光学性质、结构多样、表面易修饰和生物相容性好等优势成功地应用于多种领域,尤其是生物医学领域。虽然聚合物的发展已有一段历史,但仍有很多问题亟待解决,例如制备过程较复杂、尺寸较难控制等。近年来,有许多研究报道了通过聚合物纳米粒子的设计来提高其光学性能。采用金属及金属氧化物改性聚合物就是将金属或金属氧化物材料引入聚合物中,通过杂化的方法进行复合,可以利用金属及金属氧化物材料具有的化学稳定性和尺寸可控性对聚合物进行改性。本文讨论了近几年金属及金属氧化物复合聚合物的研究现状,并对其作为纳米探针在分子成像领域的研究进展进行了总结。
Polymers have been successfully applied in many research fields,especially in biomedicine,due to their special optical properties,diverse structures,easy surface modification and good biocompatibility,and so on.Although polymers have been widely studied,some problems still need to be solved,such as complicated preparation process and difficulty of size control.In recent years,many studies reported the design of conjugated polymer nanoparticles(CPNs)with improved optical properties.To metal-modify a polymer means that some metal materials are composited with the polymer by a hybrid method,thus the polymer can be modified by utilizing the chemical stability and size controllability of the metal materials.This paper discusses research status of metal or metal oxide composited polymers in recent years,and summarizes research progress of composited polymers used as nanoprobes in molecular imaging.
