金融支持陕西省实体经济发展效率分析

Analysis on the Efficiency of Financial Support for the Development of Real Economy in Shaanxi Province

在新经济背景和新时期供给侧结构改革的要求下,金融与实体经济协调发展是促进经济增长的重要举措。基于陕西省2007-2016年间实体经济融资额与实体经济增加值数据,利用DEA-Malmquist指数模型,对陕西区域金融支持实体经济发展的有效性进行测算,并分析陕西省实体经济发展效率的金融影响因素。研究发现:陕西金融支持实体经济效率总体呈增长趋势,但仍有起伏,金融支持实体经济效率波动性较大;陕西金融支持实体经济发展总体有效,各地市之间存在区域差异,企业的技术进步影响金融支持实体经济效率高低。因此,陕西金融提升支持实体经济的有效性,只有金融改革的市场化方向和实体企业创新驱动发展两条路子。

Under the requirements of the new economic background and supply-side structural reform in the new era,the coordinated development of Finance and real economy is an important measure to promote economic growth.Based on the data of real economy financing amount and real economy added value from 2007 to 2016 in Shaanxi Province,this paper uses DEA-Malmquist index model to measure the effectiveness of regional financial support for real economy development in Shaanxi Province,and analyses the financial factors affecting the efficiency of real economy development in Shaanxi Province.The study finds that the efficiency of financial support to the real economy in Shaanxi is generally increasing,but there are still ups and downs.The efficiency of financial support to real economy fluctuates greatly.Financial support to real economy development is generally effective in Shaanxi,but there are still regional differences among cities,and the technological progress of enterprises also affects the efficiency of financial support to real economy.Therefore,to enhance the effectiveness of financial support to the real economy in Shaanxi Province,there are only two ways:the market orientation of financial reform and the innovation-driven development of real enterprises.
