摘要
目的本研究分析血清同型半胱氨酸和胱抑素C及基质金属蛋白酶2/9与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)淋巴结微转移关系,为临床诊断及治疗提供参考。方法回顾性分析本院2015年1月至2017年12月期间诊治的pN0期非小细胞肺癌患者78例(非小细胞肺癌组)临床资料,分析血清同型半胱氨酸和胱抑素C及基质金属蛋白酶2/9与非小细胞肺癌淋巴结微转移关系。以本院同期肺良性肿瘤患者(良性肿瘤组,n=62)及健康体检者(健康对照组,n=80)为对照。以CK20mRNA、MUC1mRNA为标志物应用反转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测pN0期非小细胞肺癌淋巴结微转移情况。结果经病理学确认和CK20mRNA、MUC1mRNA检测,78例pN0期非小细胞肺癌患者中淋巴结微转移患者31例(39.7%),非淋巴结微转移患者47例(60.3%);与健康对照组和良性肿瘤中相比,非小细胞肺癌组患者血清Hcy、CysC、MMP2及MMP9、TIMP1和TIMP2水平明显升高(P<0.05),且淋巴结微转移患者上述因子水平明显高于非淋巴结微转移患者(P<0.05)。结论NSCLC患者血清中Hcy及Cys-C的水平与淋巴结微转移有关。
Objective To analyze the relationship between serum homocysteine,Cystatin C and matrix metalloproteinase 2/9 and lymph node micro-metastasis in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods The clinical data of 78 patients with stage pN0 NSCLC from January 2015 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.The relationship between serum homocysteine,Cystatin C and matrix metalloproteinase 2/9 and lymph node micro-metastasis in non-small cell lung cancer were analyzed.The patients with benign lung tumor(the benign tumor group,n=62)and healthy subjects(the healthy control group,n=80)were enrolled during the same period.Results By pathological confirmation and CK20mRNA and MUC1mRNA tests,31 cases of lymph node micro-metastasis were found in 78 patients with pN0 non small cell lung cancer(39.7%),and 47 cases(60.3%)of non lymph node micro-metastasis patients.Compared with the healthy control group and the benign tumor group,the serum Hcy,CysC,MMP2,MMP9,TIMP1 and TIMP2 water were obviously higher in the NSCLC group(P<0.05),and the levels of these factors in patients with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those in patients without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of Hcy and Cys-C in serum of patients with NSCLC are related to lymph node micro-metastasis of tumor.
