冷却结构塞式喷管红外特性抑制试验技术研究 被引量:3

The experimental study of infrared suppression of 2D plug nozzle with cooling structure

摘要 利用涡扇发动机喷管红外辐射特征模拟试验台,对二元塞式喷管的红外辐射特征进行试验研究,得到塞锥冷却对二元塞式喷管红外辐射特性的影响规律,并与轴对称收扩喷管(基准喷管)进行了对比。试验结果表明:在探测角0°方向上,相比基准喷管,二元塞式喷管在不采取冷却措施时红外特征降低了12.1%,冷气流量为1.0%总流量时红外辐射强度降低了40.8%,冷气流量为2.8%总流量时红外辐射强度降低了51.2%。 An experiment study was conducted on infrared radiation characteristics of 2D plug nozzle by us ing the turbofan engine exhaust infrared radiation simulation test facility.The influence rule of plug cooling on infrared radiation characteristics of 2D plug nozzle was acquired.Then the rule was compared with that of axisymmetric converge-diverge nozzle (baseline nozzle) model.The results show that compared to base line nozzle,the infrared signature of 2D plug nozzle at 0 degree angle has been reduced by 12.1%.The infra red signature at 0 degree angle has been reduced by 40.8% when cooling airflow is 1.0%,on the condition that the cooling airflow goes up to 2.8% and the infrared signature at 0 degree angle has been reduced by 51.2%.
