摘要
近年来,团餐成为中国餐饮业增长最快的业态。四川团餐迎来了良好的发展机遇,产业规模不断扩大,发展速度较快。但就全国团餐发展来看,四川团餐占全国团餐份额占比低,产品同质化、低端化现象严重,标准化程度也低。因此,四川团餐还需从品牌建设、特色化、产业化、国际化、信息化等方面发力,坚持绿色、开放、科学、健康的发展理念。
Over the recent years,group meal has become the fastest growing business pattern in the catering industry of China.Group meal in Sichuan is welcoming its good development opportunity.This article summarizes the basic conditions of group meal development in Sichuan from a holistic point of view,and has objectively analyzed the problems and shortages existing therein.It has proposed suggestions and countermeasures for the future development of group meal in Sichuan on such aspects as brand building,specialization,industrialization,internationalization and informatization etc.,hoping to provide references to optimization,upgrading,transformation and development of group meal in Sichuan.
