从大学生思想政治理论认同特点看新时代辅导员理论宣传工作新要求

On New Requirements for Theory and Propaganda Work of Counselors in New Age Viewing from Self-identifying Characteristics of College Students for Ideological and Political Theories

用思想政治理论武装大学生头脑,是当前高校宣传思想工作的主线,也是新时代高校辅导员工作的首要职责。调查显示,新时代大学生对思想政治理论的高度认同多偏重朴素认同,他们主要通过新兴网络媒体和大众认知层面来获取理论信息,政治观在大学生理论认同过程中起到中介变量的作用,他们思想政治观念代际特征有了新突破,对自主性和活动性理论学习方法较为期待。高校辅导员要加强理论学习以提高自身理论水平,采取学生喜欢的方式开展理论教育,积极应对新兴媒体负面信息的干扰,用科学方法开展思想政治教育行动研究。

Arming the minds of college students with ideological and political theories is the mainline of present propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities and the primary responsibility of counselors in the new age.Surveys show that self-identity of college students in the new age on ideological and political theories mostly falls on the side of simplicity.They obtain information about ideological and political theories mainly through the emerging network media and on the gradation of public awareness.Political view plays a role of intermediary variable in the process of self-identifying of the students on the theories.They have had new breakthroughs in terms of intergenerational features regarding their ideological and political concepts and are expecting more autonomy and mobility in choosing learning methods for ideological and political theories.This has set forth requirements to the counselors that they should strengthen theoretical study to raise their own theoretical level and,by taking advantages of being counselor,select those patterns that the students are fond of to carry through theoretical education,proactively cope with disturbance by negative information spread by the emerging new media,and undertake studies on the processes of ideological and political education by using scientific approaches.
