Mass organizations in higher vocational colleges,as a main front to cultivate innovation-type talents and elevate students’cultural literacy and comprehensive quality,holds a significant position in student cultivation in higher vocational colleges.Collegiate system,with its advantages in environment and cultural connotations,plays specific functions in student cultivation.Exploring the cultivation pattern of combining collegiate system with mass organization construction and talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges can effectively solve the problems of part of student mass organizations on such aspects as cultural connotations,driving force and influence of development etc.,and thus to elevate the level of mass organization construction and talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges.
