Study on Faculty Construction in the Industrial College of Local Universities

通过对产业学院师资队伍建设必要性的探讨,针对产业学院师资队伍建设在人才理念、结构矛盾和制度性障碍三方面存在的问题,从立足办学定位引人才、校企共育人才和科学管理人才三个层面提出优化产业学院师资队伍建设的路径,以期为地方本科院校加强产业学院师资队伍建设提供指导。

This paper puts forward the ways to optimize the faculty construction of industrial colleges from the following three aspects:the orientation of running a school,the co-cultivation of talents between schools and enterprises and the scientific management of talents by discussing the necessity of the faculty construction in response to the problems existing in talent concept,structural contradiction and institutional obstacles,in the hope of providing guidance for the faculty construction of local universities.
