摘要
根据材料科学与工程专业的教学改革的目标,对"材料科学基础(英)"课程授课中遇到的问题和实践教学的改进进行讨论与总结。关注课程内容及课程体系建设的内涵,精选全英文教材,将课程内外的案例项目教学与课堂理论知识的传授相结合,培养学生独立获取知识的科学思维能力、国际视野及应用理论知识解决工程实践的综合能力。
Based on the goal of teaching reform in majors of Materials Science and Engineering,we focus on the problems in teaching the course "Fundamentals of Materials Science" for undergraduate totally in English,aiming at promoting quality and profoundness of course construction.The original textbooks in English are picked reasonably and the teaching practices revolve around arousing students'creative thinking and improving their independent analysis in solving the engineering problems.
