新疆西天山土壤生境质量与野果林群落特征的相关性分析 被引量:4

Correlation analysis of soil habitat quality and community characteristics of wild fruit forest in West Tianshan Mountains of Xinjiang

摘要 基于新疆西天山野果林群落多样性及土壤生境的调查分析数据,采用单因素方差、Pearson相关系数分析法等,分析野果林群落的物种多样性在不同生境的分布格局,探讨物种多样性指数与环境因子之间的关系,以期为新疆天山野果林种质资源的保护与利用提供依据.结果表明:速效K和有机质受地形因子的影响较大,变化剧烈,而全N、速效N受地形制约较小;海拔高度小于1200m、坡度大于30°、西南坡、霍城县4个不同生境野果林群落物种丰富度指数最高,林分密度指数和SW多样性指数最大;野果林群落物种丰富度指数、SW多样性指数、均匀度指数及优势度指数与调查地点均具有显著相关性;不同生境土壤矿质营养除有机质、速效N含量外与野果林群落特征均呈现不同程度的相关性. In order to provide scientific basis for the protection and utilization of wild fruit germplasm resources in Tianshan, Xinjiang, community diversity and soil habitat of wild fruit forests were surveyed in this area. Based on this, species diversity of the entire community from different habitats was analyzed by one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficient analysis. The relationship between species diversity index and environmental factors was elaborated. The results showed that available potassium and organic matter were susceptible to topographic factors while total nitrogen and available nitrogen were less influenced by them. Huocheng County, region with altitude less than 1 200 m, slope above 30°, southwest slope 4 different habitats demonstrated the highest species richness index, stand density index and Shannon-Wiener diversity index. Furthermore, species richness index, Shannon-Wiener diversity index, evenness index and dominance index of the communities were significantly correlated with survey sites. Except organic matter and available nitrogen, other soil mineral nutrients from different habitats have various degrees of correlations with plant community characteristics.
