“一带一路”背景下新疆信息产业发展研究

Research on Xinjiang Information Industry Development under the Background of "One Belt And One Road"

在“一带一路”倡议的大背景下,新疆需要建设成熟的信息产业网络来支撑核心区的建设和高质量的转型发展,因而文章选用灰色关联法分析了影响新疆信息产业发展的各个因素。结果显示,新疆科研基础与信息产业之间的关系最为密切,表明新疆信息产业的发展主要依赖于知识的产出与技术的进步。而在科研基础、人才基础、设施基础与信息产业发展关联度都比较强的情况下,新疆的全要素生产率与信息产业发展的关系仍旧较弱,表明新疆存在较为严重的资源错配现象。

Under the background of"one belt and one road"initiative,Xinjiang needs to build a mature information industry network to support the construction of core areas and high-qualitytransformation and development.Therefore,the article uses grey correlation analysis to analyze all factors that affect the development of Xinjiang's information industry.The results show that the relationship between scientific research foundation and information industry in Xinjiang is the closest,indicating that the development of information industry in Xinjiang mainly depends on the output of knowledge and the progress of technology.However,Under the circumstance that scientific research foundation,talent foundation and infrastructure foundation are strongly related to the development of information industry,the relationship between total factor productivity and the development of information industry in Xinjiang is still weak,which indicates that there is a serious mismatch of resources in Xinjiang.
