摘要
语言生态学视角下“内省式”教师培训模式是通过同行间的交流来促进教师内省的一种培训模式,具体形式为“自下而上”,由教师自己提出问题,并解决问题,从而激发教师自主性、自发性的改变。
from the perspective of language ecology,“introspective”teacher training mode is a kind of training mode that makes the teachers to introspect through communication with colleagues.The specific form is“bottom-up”,in which the teachers propose and solve problems by themselves and stimulate teachers to change their teaching behavior independently and spontaneously.
