城市科技创新效率DEA评价

DEA Evaluation for urban science and technology innovation efficiency

以安徽省16个城市为例,建立了产出导向DEA模型,重点分析各城市科技创新的综合效率、纯技术效率与规模效率。针对非DEA有效的城市作了投影分析,结果表明,城市科技创新效率不高,地区间发展不平衡,资源配置不合理。为完善城市科技创新系统,提升创新效率提出了相关建议。

Based on the data from 16 cities in Anhui Province,an output orientation DEA model is built to analyze the comprehensive,pure technical and scale efficiencies of urban science and technology innovation in each city. For non-DEA effective cities,the projections analysis is made,and the results indicate that the efficiency is not ideal,the development is unbalanced and the resource allocation is unreasonable. We offer some suggestions for improvement.
