木质复合门单板层积材构件的优化设计及应用 被引量:5

摘要 为提高意杨单板层积材(laminated veneer lumber,LVL)木质复合门的抗变形性能,设计了“竖-横-竖”方式组坯的LVL构件,并对构件和木门成品进行性能检测。结果表明:新型“竖-横-竖”LVL构件在平行、垂直板面受力时的均匀性更强,整体力学性能明显优于普通LVL构件;由其制作的木质复合门门扇的水平剪切强度、静曲强度和弹性模量,分别比普通木质复合门门扇提高28%、14%和11%。 In order to improve deformation resistance of wood-based composite doors made with laminated veneer lumber(LVL),LVL components assambled in vertical-horizontal-vertical directions were designed to replace common LVL components arranged in one direction.Performance of the optimized LVL components and door leaves were tested.The results showed that the optimized components were more uniform and the overall mechanical performance was significantly better than those made with common LVL components.The door leaves made with the optimized components showed higher horizontal shear strength,modulus of rupture and modulus of elasticity properties than the ones with commonly LVL components.
