摘要
用于城市轨道交通的铝基制动盘系统的热性能,通过瞬态热分析,研究制动盘在初始速度下的温度场.结果表明,在恶劣条件下,制动盘的温度仍能很好地运行.然后,利用完全热力耦合的方法,研究了制动盘在不同载荷条件下的温度和应力场以及磨损条件.最后,通过温度分布和应力分布,为制动盘的设计和优化提供理论支持.
The thermal performance of aluminum matrix brake disk system used for urban railway traffic is studied.In this paper the temperature field of brake disk at the initial speed is investigated by transient thermal analysis.The results show that the temperature of the brake disk is still performed well under harsh conditions.Then,both temperature and stress fields of the brake disk under different load conditions and wear conditions are investigated by means of fully thermal-mechanical coupled.Finally,the theoretical support for brake disk design and optimization through temperature distribution and stress distribution is provided.
