间充质干细胞治疗糖尿病周围神经病的研究进展

Advances in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with mesenchymal stem cells

摘要 糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)是糖尿病最常见的并发症之一,尤其慢性疼痛、麻木及自主神经功能障碍严重降低了糖尿病患者的生活质量。间充质干细胞(MSCs)尤其脐带间充质干细胞的免疫调节、组织修复和神经营养作用近年来倍受关注,本文将对MSCs治疗DPN及其可能的机制进行综述。
