选课走班模式下选排课流程优化——以北京劳动保障职业学院贯通培养项目为例

该文通过对选排课流程中存在的问题进行分析,对选排课流程从学生需求重视程度与反馈效率两方面进行优化提升,并将优化后的方案应用于北京劳动保障职业学院贯通培养项目,有效地提高了选课满意率,增加了选课成功人数。该文提出的优化后选排课流程,对其他学校的选排课具有重要的指导意义。

This paper analyses the problems in the process of selecting and arranging courses, optimize and improve the process of course selection and scheduling from two aspects: the degree of attention to students' needs and feedback eff iciency. The optimized scheme is applyed to the through training project of Beijing Vocational College of Labor and Social Security. The optimized scheme ef fectively improves the satisfaction rate of course selection and increases the number of successful course selection. In this paper, the optimization of the post-selection course scheduling process has important guiding signif icance for other schools to select and arrange courses.
