心肌钙离子激活钾通道的研究进展 被引量:3

Progress of myocardial calcium-activated potassium channels

摘要 钙离子激活的钾通道(KCa)广泛分布于神经组织,近10年研究发现KCa在心脏组织中呈差异性分布,并对心肌动作电位的形成具有重要作用.KCa将钙信号转变为膜电位改变,不仅影响心肌复极,对房性心律失常及传导系统自律性和传导性均有影响.KCa阻滞剂可能成为抗心律失常的治疗靶点,为临床心律失常的治疗提供新视角.
