摘要
床身作为数控车床的的关键支撑部件,它的静、动态特性对车床的加工效率与加工精度有直接影响。针对沈阳机床集团生产的HTC3650卧式数控车床,运用UG对车床床身进行三维建模,将其导入Ansys Workbench有限元分析软件建立床身有限元模型,对车床床身进行静力分析与模态分析以识别出床身的总变形量与前四阶固有频率。根据仿真分析结果,采用目标驱动优化的方法对车床床身尺寸参数进行优化,提高床身结构的固有频率,减小床身的应力和变形响应,改善床身的动静态特性。
The bed is the key supporting component of the CNC lathe.Its static and dynamic characteristics affect the machining accuracy and stability of the lathe directly.For the HTC3650 horizontal CNC lathe produced by Shenyang Machine Tool Group,three-dimensional model is built by UG software,and then imported into Ansys workbench finite element analysis software to establish the finite element model of the lathe bed.Static and modal analysis of the lathe bed is carried out to identify the total deformation and the first four natural frequencies of the lathe bed.According to the simulation analysis results,the target drive optimization method is used to optimize the size parameters of the lathe bed,improve the first four natural frequencies of the bed structure,reduce the deformation of the bed and improve the dynamic and static characteristics of the bed.
