摘要
设计了轧辊装置的专用吊具。吊具应用使轧钢机维护方便,消除了轧辊装置更换过程的安全隐患,提高了作业人员设备检修的工作效率。吊具设计过程中采用有限元应力分析,结构合理,使用安全、可靠。
Design of Special Spreader for Roll Device. It makes maintain Rolling Mill easily;eliminates potential safety during the replacement process of Roll Device;and improves the working efficiency of equipment overhaul. To make its structure is reasonable,safe and reliable,finite element stress analysis is used during design.
