摘要
中厚度板轧机的压下螺母是辊缝调节的关键结构,由于其工作速度快且动作频繁,在工作时两端受压,两端螺纹很容易因应力过大而损坏。利用有限元软件ANSYS对压下螺母进行了有限元仿真计算和承载特性分析。有限元仿真分析结果标明,压下螺母的承载特征是:载荷分布极不均匀,两端的螺牙承受载荷较大。压下螺母的改进措施是采用复合压下螺母,改进后的压下螺母的螺牙根部等效应力与螺牙面接触压力较普通压下螺母均大幅度减小。通过改变压下螺母的局部刚度达到了降低压下螺母两端螺牙根部应力峰值的目的。
The medium thickness plate mill pressure nut is the key structure of the roll joint adjustment. Because of its fast working speed and frequent movements, and working under pressure at both ends, the two ends of the pressure nut are easily damaged by excessive stress. The finite element simulation calculation and load characteristic analysis of the pressure nut were carried out by using the finite element software ANSYS. The results of finite element simulation show that the bearing characteristics of the pressed nut are that the load distribution is very uneven and the screw teeth at both ends bear a large load. The improvement measure of the press-down nut is to use compound pressure nut. That the improved press nut screw root of equivalent stress and under the pressure of the screw tooth surface contact stress are greatly reduced than the ordinary nut. By changing the local stiffness of the nut under compression, the peak stress of the screw root at both ends of the nut can be reduced.
