摘要
以首钢智新迁安电磁材料有限公司高温环形退火炉为研究背景,以环形炉机组助燃风机与冷却风机近几年来所出现的振动、噪音、喘振等问题为研究对象,做一个较为深入的理论分析,并提出相应的改进措施,为提升风机设备的稳定性打下坚实的理论基础。
Taking the high temperature annealing furnace of Shougang Zhixin Qian'an Electromagnetic Material Co., Ltd. as the research background, taking the vibration, noise and surge of combustion-supporting fan and cooling fan of annular furnace unit as the research object in recent years, a thorough theoretical analysis has been made to put forward corresponding improvement measures, which lays a solid theoretical foundation for improving the stability of fan equipment.
