摘要
萌豆逗作为学前教育专业大学生创新创业教育的一个典型案例,其成功主要归因于整合教育资源、实现“多赢”;集中人才优势、团队作战;发现目标市场、精准定位;注重营销推广、有的放矢;同时,萌豆逗案例说明,学前教育专业大学生创业一般会面临资金来源不足、技术不够全面、管理经验缺乏、较难留住人才等方面的困境。优化学前教育专业大学生创业实践,需要着重从提高创业者自身创业素质和充分适应外部创业环境两个方面去努力。
“IMDD”is a typical success of the innovation and entrepreneurship for college students majoring in preschool education.Its success attributes to the integration of educational resources,making use of every team member’s advantage,appropriate market positioning and targeted promotion.However,the case of“IMDD”also proves that preschool education majors’innovative undertaking encounters several problems,including the lack of fund and skill,inexperienced management and high turnover of personnel.To optimize the present situation,efforts should be made in the improvement of students’entrepreneurship and their ability to adapt to the entrepreneurial environment.
