乙烯裂解气中常量一氧化碳、二氧化碳分析方法的建立 被引量:3

摘要 利用一个六通阀和一个十通阀将P-N柱、P-Q柱、13X分子筛柱3根填充柱串连起来,采用阀切换以及柱反吹技术实现乙烯裂解气中一氧化碳、二氧化碳的分离.通过不断探索阀切换时间,考察载气流速、柱温对分析结果的影响,确定了最佳操作条件,并对方法的最小检出限、精密度、准确度进行了考察.结果表明,一氧化碳、二氧化碳的最小检出限为0.02%,相对标准偏差最大值为5.57%,回收率为97.40%~100.59%,数据比对结果显示无显著性差异.该方法准确可靠,可用于乙烯裂解气中常量一氧化碳、二氧化碳的检测分析. A six-way valve and a ten-way valve are used to connect P-N column, P-Q column and 13X molecular sieve column in series.Separation of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in pyrolysis gas is realized by valve switching and column back-blowing technology.The influence of carrier gas velocity and column temperature on the analysis results was investigated by continuously exploring the valve switching time.The optimum operating conditions were determined.The minimum detection limit, precision and accuracy of the method were investigated.The results show that the minimum detection limit of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide is 0.02%, The maximum relative standard deviation is 5.57%, and the recovery rate is 97.40%-100.59%.There is no significant difference between the results of data comparison.It shows that this method is an accurate and reliable method for the determination of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in ethylene cracking gas.
