Zn掺杂量对纳米BiVO4黄色颜料性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用液相沉淀法制备了纳米Bi1-xZnxVO4(x=0、0.05、0.1、0.15、0.2)黄色颜料。采用X-射线衍射仪、测色分光光度计、扫描电子显微镜、紫外/可见光反射光谱和红外光谱等分析手段研究了Zn掺杂量对制备的BiVO4基颜料的结构与颜色性能的影响。结果表明,5mol%~20mol%Zn掺杂未改变BiVO4的单斜晶系白钨矿型结构。Zn掺杂量达到10mol%以上时,样品黄色度(b*值)相对纯的BiVO4颜料明显提高,绿色调随着Zn掺杂量提高而不断增强。Zn掺杂可使合成的BiVO4晶粒平均粒径从150nm减小至80nm左右。本工作表明,通过适量Zn掺杂可明显改善BiVO4颜料呈色性能,获得鲜艳的带绿色调的黄色纳米颜料,其中Zn含量为15mol%时,L*、a*、b*值分别为89.1、-5.3和91.1。 Doped Bi 1-x Zn x VO 4(x=0,0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2)yellow pigments were prepared by aqueous precipitation method.The effects of Zn doping on the phase structure,chromatic performance and morphology of prepared BiVO 4-based pigments were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),color spectrophotometer,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),ultraviolet/visible light reflectance spectroscopy and infrared spectroscopy analyses.Results show that 5mol%-20mol%Zn 2+doped sample has the same monoclinic scheelite structure as the pure BiVO4 pigment.The yellowness(b*value)of as-synthesized samples were significantly improved compared with the pure BiVO 4 pigment with more than 10mol%Zn doping,and the greeness increased gradually with increasing Zn content.Zn-doping also led to decreased average size of BiVO4 grains from ca.150 nm to ca.80 nm.The present work demonstrates that the chromatic performance of BiVO 4 pigment can be obviously improved with moderate Zn doping,and nano pigments showing a bright greenish yellow color can be obtained.In particular,the sample doped with 15mol%Zn possesses the L*,a*,b*value of 89.1,-5.3 and 91.1,respectively.
