胃癌患者血浆转化生长因子β1与病理特征的关系

Relationship of plasma level of transforming growth factor β1 and pathological characteristics in patients with gastric cancer

目的分析胃癌患者血浆转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的表达水平与其病理特征的关系。方法胃癌初治患者99例,均未接受过手术、化疗或放疗等抗肿瘤治疗。采用Luminex~?液相悬浮芯片技术检测胃癌患者外周血血浆TGF-β1的表达水平;EpiData 3.0软件统计患者的病理特征;SPSS 20.0软件分析胃癌患者血浆TGF-β1的表达水平与病理特征的相关性。结果胃癌患者血浆TGF-β1水平与脉管和神经是否受侵、TNM分期、T分期和N分期密切相关(P<0.05),但与肿瘤组织学类型、分化程度和肿块大小无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论胃癌初治患者血浆TGF-β1表达水平与胃癌的发生、发展有密切关系,有可能成为一个潜在的生物免疫治疗靶点。

Objective To analyze the relationship of plasma level of transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1) and pathological characteristics in the patients with gastric cancer.Methods Ninety-nine patients were newly diagnosed as gastric cancer,who had not received surgery,chemotherapy or radiotherapy.Plasma level of TGF-β1 in peripheral blood of the patients was detected with Luminex~? xMAP technology.EpiData 3.0 software was used to collect the informations of sex,age and pathological characteristics.And SPSS 20.0 software was used to analyze the relationship between plasma TGF-β1 level and pathological characteristics.Results Plasma level of TGF-β1 was closely associated with the vessel invasion,peritoneal involvement,TNM stage,T stage and N stage(P<0.05),but not significantly related to the tumor histology type,differentiation degree and mass size(P>0.05).Conclusion Plasma level of TGF-β1 is closely related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer and could become a potential bioimmunotherapy target.
