摘要
目的探讨血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)与血压的关系。方法将984例体检人群分为正常血压组(血压<120/80 mmHg,456例)、正常血压高值组(血压120~139 mmHg/80~89 mmHg,316例)和高血压组(血压≥140/90 mmHg,212例),检测血清ALP、血脂和肝功能等。依据ALP水平,使用四分位法将入选对象分为A组(ALP≤74 U/L,242例)、B组(74 U/L<ALP≤89 U/L,233例)、C组(89 U/L<ALP≤108 U/L,258例)和D组(ALP>108 U/L,251例),分析血清ALP与血压水平的关系。结果与正常血压组比较,高血压组和正常血压高值组的年龄、BMI、腰围、臀围、TG、肌酐、尿酸和ALP水平升高,HDL-C水平降低(P<0.05)。C、D组年龄、SBP、DBP、MAP、脉压、臀围、LDL-C和尿酸较A组高(P<0.05),C、D组SBP高于B组(P<0.05)。ALP与SBP、DBP、MAP、脉压、BMI、臀围、TC、TG和LDL-C呈正相关(r=0.23、0.17、0.21、0.20、0.12、0.10、0.07、0.10、0.15,P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析发现,血清ALP可独立影响MAP(R^2=0.13,β=0.18,P<0.01)、SBP(R^2=0.20,β=0.15,P<0.01)、DBP(R^2=0.15,β=0.10,P<0.01)及脉压(R^2=0.11,β=0.12,P<0.01)。结论 ALP与血压水平呈正相关,是MAP、SBP、DBP及脉压的独立影响因素。
Objective To investigate the relationship of serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and blood pressure.Methods A total of 984 physical examination people was divided into three groups of H1(BP<120/80 mmHg,456 cases),H2(BP 120-139 mmHg/80-89 mmHg,316 cases) and H3(BP≥140/90 mmHg,212 cases).Serum ALP,blood lipid and liver function were detected in three groups.According to ALP levels,the people were divided into four groups of A(ALP≤74 U/L,242 cases),B(74 U/L<ALP≤89 U/L,233 cases),C(89 U/L<ALP≤108 U/L,258 cases) and D(ALP>108 U/L,251 cases).The relationship of serum ALP and blood pressure was analyzed.ResultsCompared to group H1,the age,BMI,waistline,hipline,TG, uric acid,creatinine and ALP were higher and HDL-C was lower in groups of H2 and H3(P<0.05).Compared to group A,the age,SBP,DBP,MAP,pulse pressure,hipline,LDL-C and uric acid were higher in groups of C and D(P<0.05).SBP was higher in groups of C and D than that in group B(P<0.05).ALP was positively correlated to SBP,DBP,MAP,pulse pressure,BMI,hipline,TC,TG and LDL-C(r=0.23,0.17,0.21,0.20,0.12,0.10,0.07,0.10 and 0.15,P<0.05).Serum ALP could independently affect MAP(R^2=0.13,β=0.18,P<0.01),SBP(R^2=0.20,β=0.15,P<0.01),DBP(R^2=0.15,β=0.10,P<0.01) and pulse pressure(R^2=0.11,β=0.12,P<0.01).Conclusion Serum ALP is positively correlated to blood pressure.ALP is an independent factor for MAP,SBP,DBP and pulse pressure.
