用于经颅直流电刺激的个性化人体阻抗检测 被引量:1

摘要 目的提出个性化阻抗检测技术,用于提高阻抗阈值选择的准确性。方法本文对人体阻抗特性进行研究并进行了6组实验,针对不同的电流下的人体阻抗进行采集。其中,电流在0.05~2mA范围内变化;与人体接触的电解质采用0.9%的氯化钠溶液;电极阳极位于大脑左背外侧前额叶,阴极位于右眼眶上方。结果发实验发现人体阻抗与电流之间呈幂函数的非线性关系。基于此发现我们开发出了对应的tDCS设备。结论本文提出的个性化阻抗检测的技术及对应设备可保证经颅直流电刺激在不同电流下对不同个体在阻抗检测前阻抗阈值的准确性,提高了经颅直流电刺激的治疗效果,促进个性化自适应阻抗检测的普及和实用性。 Objective In order to improve the accuracy of impedance threshold selection,we proposed a personalized impedance detection technique.Methods We studied the impedance characteristics of human body and conducted on 6 sets of experiments to collect the impedance of human body under different currents.The current changed in the range of 0.05~2 mA,and the electrolyte in contact with the human body used 0.9% sodium chloride solution.The electrode anode was located on the left frontal anterior frontal lobe of the brain,and the cathode was located above the right eyelid.Results There was a nonlinear relationship between the body impedance and the current as a power function.Based on this discovery,we developed a corresponding transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) device.Conclusion The personalized impedance detection technology and corresponding tDCS device proposed in the study can ensure the accuracy of tDCS impedance threshold under different currents for different individuals before impedance detection,and improve the therapeutic effect of transcranial direct current stimulation.In addition,the device can promote the popularity and practicability of personalized adaptive impedance detection.
