摘要
目的利用大数据技术对数据处理的优势改善现有决策支持系统存在的问题,进一步提升医院的精细化管理能力。方法梳理当前医院决策支持系统的特点及存在的问题,通过实践探索法,利用ETL技术整合医院历史异构数据,再利用BI数据挖掘技术对分析模型进行多维度计算并存储,最后向医院管理人员展示出直观的分析报表、图形等。结果对比分析基于大数据技术的决策支持系统与现有的决策支持系统,在调取速度、指标组合自由度、展示效果直观等方面有极大的改善。结论利用大数据技术处理医院信息数据并为管理服务,将是未来医院精细化管理的必经之路。
Objective To use the advantages of big data technology in data processing to improve the existing problems of decision support system and further improve the hospital's fine management ability.Methods The characteristics and existing problems of the current hospital decision support system were sorted out.By means of practical exploration,ETL technology was used to integrate heterogeneous historical data of the hospital,and BI data mining technology was used for multi-dimensional calculation and storage of the analysis model.Finally,intuitive analysis reports and graphs were displayed to hospital managers.Results Compared and analyzed the decision support system based on big data technology and the existing decision support system,it had greatly improved the speed of retrieval,freedom of index combination,intuitive display effect and other aspects.Conclusion The use of big data technology to process hospital information data and serve for management will be the only way for the future fine management of hospitals.
