基于Ensemble的医院信息系统集成平台的研究与应用

Research and Application of Hospital Information System Integration Platform Based on Ensemble

目的消除异构信息系统之间数据交互存在的信息壁垒问题。方法基于SOA架构、ESB总线、以Ensemble集成中间件为核心构建了的医院信息系统集成平台。结果实现了医院内部异构信息系统集成,以及医院内部信息系统同外部系统集成,打破壁垒,使得各信息系统之间能够互联互通,并能清晰监督系统之间信息交互过程。结论基于Ensemble的医院信息系统集成平台能够以毫秒级的速度处理海量的医疗数据,其高效性、兼容性、稳定性可满足大型三甲医院的信息需求。

Objective To eliminate the information barrier between heterogeneous information systems.Methods Hospital information system integration platform was built based on SOA architecture,ESB bus and Ensemble integration middleware. Results The integration of hospital internal heterogeneous information system,and the integration of hospital internal information system and external system was realized,breaking the barrier,enabling the interconnection of various information systems,and clearly supervising the process of information interaction between the systems.Conclusion The hospital information system integration platform based on Ensemble can process massive medical data at the millisecond speed,and its high efficiency,compatibility and stability can meet the information requirements of large first-class hospitals.
