Design and Application of Electronic Bill System in Hospital

随着“互联网+医疗”的不断深入,医院移动支付和自助机结算比例超过了传统窗口结算。我们构建了一套电子票据系统,并通过它使医院信息系统与财政平台互联互通。患者在线上支付就诊费用时,生成财政电子票据,提供下载或自助打印。解决了移动支付后的发票仍需窗口补打流程,同时实现财政票据的有效管理,使医院收入得到有效监管。

With the deepening of "Internet + medical care",the proportion of hospital mobile payment and self-service machine settlement has exceeded the traditional window settlement.In this study,we built a set of electronic ticket system,and through it connect the hospital information system with the financial platform.When patients paid for medical treatment online, the system generated financial electronic notes for patients to download or self-print.This system solves the process of making up for invoices after mobile payment,and realizes the effective management of financial bills,so that hospital income can be effectively supervised.
