摘要
目的探讨床旁快速检验(Point-of-Care Testing,POCT)血气分析仪的优点和缺点,建立血气分析POCT管理模式。方法结合我院血气分析POCT由分散管理转为集中管理,建立医院血气分析POCT检验数据监测、控制信息化管理模式,实现信息的收集、整理分析、存储、交换以及信息提取等的智能化管理。结果对血气分析POCT数据和质控进行了很好地管理,并融入医院数字信息化平台。结论血气分析POCT检验数据信息化、网络化管理,可以达到对POCT血气分析质控管理,满足医院对医院等级评审的需求(POCT),确保符合实验室认证及医院评审的规范与管理。
Objective To explore the advantages and disadvantages of the POCT (Point-of-Care Testing,POCT) blood gas analyzer and establish POCT management model for blood gas analysis.Methods Combined with the change from decentralized management to centralized management of blood gas analysis POCT in our hospital,the hospital blood gas analysis POCT inspection data monitoring and control information management mode were established to realize the intelligent management of information collection,collation,analysis,storage,exchange and information extraction.Results POCT data of blood gas analysis and the quality control were well managed and integrate the data into the hospital digital information platform.Conclusion The informationalized and networked management of blood gas analysis POCT inspection data can achieve the POCT quality control and management of blood gas analysis,meet the requirements of hospital level evaluation (POCT),and ensure the compliance with the standards and the management of laboratory certification and hospital evaluation.
