摘要
目的为了加强对CT设备的保养和维护,降低设备的故障率。方法利用GE螺旋CT设备故障诊断程序中提示的报错信息,查找旋转过速和高压故障的原因,通过分析热交换器总成的电路,查找球管超温的原因。结果三个故障通过分析原因,逐级排除,最终成功解决,保证了设备的正常运行。结论综合运用故障诊断程序以及观察法排查故障,是CT维修中的常规手段。加强对CT设备的全面了解,医疗设备工程师对越来越多的故障进行检修,可以大大节约时间,节省维修成本,提高工作效率。
Objective To improve the maintenance of CT equipment and reduce the failure rate.Methods By using the error information in the fault diagnosis program of GE spiral CT equipment,the cause of rotating overspeed and high voltage fault was found.By analyzing the circuit of heat exchanger assembly,the cause of ball tube overtemperature was found.Results The three faults were eliminated step by step by analyzing the causes and finally solved successfully,which ensured the normal operation of the equipment.Conclusion It is a routine method in CT maintenance to use fault diagnosis procedure and observation method.By strengthening the comprehensive understanding of CT equipment,medical equipment engineers can repair more and more faults,which can greatly save time,save maintenance cost and improve work efficiency.
