粮食价格、农业技术进步对农民收入的影响研究

Research on the impact of food price and agricultural technology progress on farmers’ income

利用2005年-2017年我国15个粮食主产区省份面板数据,分析粮食价格、农业技术进步对农民收入的影响。研究发现粮食价格、农业技术进步促进了农民收入增加。具体来说,粮食价格对农民工资性收入具有显著促进作用,对转移性收入具有显著抑制作用,对经营性收入的影响不明显;农业技术进步对农民经营性收入具有显著促进作用,对工资性收入和转移性收入的影响不明显。进一步用“小麦价格”替换“粮食价格”,用“农业现代化水平”替换“农业技术进步”发现计量结论一致且具有较好稳健性。据此,提出加大农村转移性支付力度,重视企业关键技术创新,完善价格调控机制,拓宽农民就业增收渠道等政策建议。

This paper aims at analyzing the impact of food price and agricultural technological progress on farmers’ income by using the panel data from 2005 to 2017 in China’s 15 provinces which are the main grain producing areas. Studies have shown that food price and advance in agricultural technology have boosted farmers’ income.Specifically, food price has significantly promoted farmers’ wage income and has little influence on operating income while greatly inhibiting transferred income. The advancement of agricultural technology plays a vital role in improving farmers’ operating income butits impact on wage income and transfer income are not obvious.Furthermore, this thesis finds that the measuring conclusions are consistent and have good stability by replacing"grain price" with "wheat price" and "agricultural technology progress" with "agricultural modernization level".Based on this, it puts forward some policy recommendations such as increasing rural transfer payments, attaching importance to key technological innovation of enterprises, improving the price adjustment mechanism and broadening farmers’ channel for employment and income increase.
