Research on the countermeasures to promote the further development of Sino-African economic and trade relations in the new era

新时期中非经贸关系发展离不开“一带一路”倡议和中非合作论坛两个重要背景,前者扩展了中非经贸合作的范围、提升了中非经贸合作的规模与水平、创新了中非经贸合作方式,后者为中非经贸合作奠定了制度基础、提供了具体实践、为中非经贸合作区的建设提供了条件。中非经贸合作应在“一带一路”框架下加以统筹,丰富中非合作论坛的经贸合作内容,进一步提升中非经贸合作区建设水平,实现新时期中非经贸关系的新发展。

The development of Sino-African economic and trade relations in the new era is inseparable from the Belt and Road Initiative and the Sino-African Cooperation Forum. The former expands the scope of Sino-African economic and trade cooperation, enhances the scale and level of Sino-African economic and trade cooperation, and innovates the economic and trade cooperation mode between them while the latter lays the institutional foundation for economic and trade cooperation, provides concrete practice, and creates conditions for the construction of the Sino-African economic and trade cooperation zone. The paper argues that Sino-African economic and trade cooperation should be coordinated under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative to enrich the content of the economic and trade cooperation of the Sino-African Cooperation Forum, further enhance the construction level of Sino-African economic and trade cooperation zones, and realize new development of Sino-African economic and trade relations in the new era.
