摘要
某公司现有的两座双膛窑出现块灰灼减较高、活性度明显下降等问题。通过分析石灰中CaO+MgO的Cpk值,发现石灰出现较多的制程(工艺)不良,因此有必要对工艺进行调整。通过对石灰石粒度的把控,煤气管道和拨火孔的清理,入炉煤气热值的控制以及对工艺参数的调整,最终提升了制程(工艺)水平,将石灰质量提升了一个档次。
Two double-chamber kilns of a company were in trouble of reflected in the high burning reduction of block ash and the obvious decrease of activity. Through the analysis of the Cpk value of CaO+MgO in lime, it was found that the lime production process was not good enough, and the process must be adjusted. By controlling the particle size of limestone, cleaning the gas pipeline and the fire hole, controlling the calorific value of the gas entering the furnace and adjusting the process parameters, the level of process(process) has been raised and the quality of lime has been upgraded to a higher level.
