摘要
本文分析了泉州闽光钢铁烧结煤气消耗高的主要原因,近几年,通过采取低水厚料层烧结、提高布料效果、低负压点火、优化点火温度控制、煤气管道清污等多项措施降低煤气消耗,取得明显效果。
This paper analyses the main reasons for the high consumption of sintering gas in Quanzhou Minguang Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. In recent years, obvious results have been achieved by adopting many measures such as low water and thick material layer sintering, improving the distribution effect, low negative pressure ignition, optimizing ignition temperature control and gas pipeline cleaning.
