摘要 为进一步提高转炉废钢比,降低铁水单耗,通过废钢斗改造、料仓配加焦炭进行热补偿等途径,成功解决了高废钢耗条件下入炉铁水热值不足的问题,并实现单斗废钢重量提高到25.5t,平均废钢比从19.2%提高到24.7%。 In order to increase the scrap ratio and reduce the unit consumption of hot metal in the converter, the problem of insufficient temperature of steel production in the condition of high scrap ratio smelting is solved successfully by transforming the scrap bucket and adding coke to the silo for heat compensation. Then the weight of single bucket scrap was increased to 255t and the scrap ratio for smelting in converter to 24.7% from 19.2%.
