摘要
针对三钢在生产ML08Al盘条过程中存在的顶锻性能波动问题,从产品顶锻形貌着手,分析了影响ML08Al冷顶锻性能波动的因素,并制定了改善顶锻性能的工艺优化方案。
Aiming at the problem of the fluctuation of upsetting performance of ML08Al production, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the fluctuation of ML08Al cold heading upset performance from the aspect of product upset, and formulates the process optimization scheme to improve the upset performance.
