摘要
本文采用8011铸轧料生产瓶盖料,研究了均匀化工艺和中间退火工艺对产品性能的影响。表明在适当的均匀化工艺下,用铸轧料也能生产出满足客户要求的瓶盖料产品。
In this paper, pilfer proof caps was produced with 8011 continuous-casting sheet, the effects of annealing on product’s property were investigated. The results show that with proper homogenizing annealing, the product’s property can meet the user’s requirement.
