摘要 阐述了轿车后横向稳定杆支撑座的技术要求、冲压工艺设计中所涉及的工艺分析及模具设计。根据制件的特殊要求:高强板、底盘件、外形复杂,尺寸精度要求较高的特点,结合实际情况,从压弯成形的角度分析了制件生产的工艺过程,制定了切实可行的冲压工艺方案,有效地解决了生产过程中原材料成本高、生产效率低的情况,用成形的方法解决拉伸的问题,确保了生产的高效率和制件质量的稳定性。对底盘件的冲压工艺、模具设计、生产制造具有一定的指导意义。 The technical requirements of the transverse stabilizer support seat, the process analysis and die design involved in the stamping process design are described. According to the special requirements of the parts: high strength plate,bottom plate,complex shape,high dimensional accuracy requirements, combined with the actual situation, from the point of view of bending forming, the production process of the parts was analyzed, and a practical stamping process plan was formulated. The high cost and low production efficiency of raw materials are effectively solved in the production process, and the problem of stretching is solved by forming methods, ensuring the high efficiency of production and the stability of product quality. For the bottom plate stamping process,die design,production and manufacturing has a certain guiding significance.
