摘要 随着汽车业的发展,轻量化及环保化已成为了其技术研究的方向,使得塑件的重要性不言而喻,而如何保证塑件的质量更是至关重要,而在其成型过程中,翘曲变形是最复杂的质量问题之一。以汽车空调出风口的壳体作为案例,以常用的4种不同形式的筋位指引塑件结构设计,并开制具体的模具实物,同时结合CAE数值模拟仿真,理论量化翘曲变形值,再以实际实验验证样件的真实值,对标确定最佳的筋位结构,为同类壳体塑件提供设计指导。 With the development of the automobile industry, lightweight and environmental protection have become the tendency of its technical research, making the importance of plastic parts self-evident, and how to ensure the quality of plastic parts in its molding is more important. Warpage is one of the most complex quality problems. In this paper, the housing of the automotive air conditioner is taken as a case. The product design is guided by four commonly used rib structure forms, and build the specific mold. At the same time, the CAE simulation is used to theoretically quantify the warpage value and actually experiment to verify the true value of the sample, determine the best rib structure for this standard, and provide design guidance for similar housing products in future.
