摘要
分析了心脏固定器基座结构特点,注射模结构设计采用油缸抽芯成型机构,消除了金属镶件对塑件脱模的影响,采用倾斜式滑块斜导柱抽芯机构,成型具有空间复合角的斜向负压吸气孔,采用顺序脱模点浇口浇注系统,实现胶道凝料的自动脱模。经实际生产验证,该模具结构合理,抽芯动作可靠,成型的塑件质量高。
The analysis was maded on the structural characteristics of the plastic parts of cardiac fixactor base. The cylinder core-pulling mechanism was adopted to elimilate the influence of metal inserts on the demoulding of plastic parts. The oblique negative presure suction holes with space composite angle were molded by the inclined slider oblique guide pillar core-pulling mechanism. Automatic demoulding of the runner was realized by means of sequential demoulding point gate system. The actual production verified that the mold structure was reasonable, the action of core-pulling was reliable, and the plastic parts were qualified.
