摘要
介绍了弧面中空塑件的外侧滑块移动抽芯和内侧斜滑杆向内滑动抽心的成型工艺,以及相对应的模具成型结构对塑件质量的影响分析,分析了正确选择动、定模间的分型面,以及浇注系统选用设计,模具成型部分和总装结构的设计。
This paper introduced the molding technology of moving core pulling of outer slider and sliding core pulling of inner oblique slider of arc surface hollow plastic parts, and analyzed the influence of the corresponding molding structure on the quality of plastic parts, then this paper also introduced correct selection of parting surfaces between moving and fixed molds, and the selection and design of gating system, design of molding part and assembly structure.
