摘要
通过对汽车车门手柄外盖的形体分析,找出了其形体上存在的弓形高、内凸台障碍体、内型槽、型孔和外观要素要求。这些形体要素都影响着注射模结构,针对这些要素制订了相应的注射模结构方案。通过采用斜推杆内抽芯兼脱模机构,解决了内凸台障碍体和内型槽要素的成型与脱模的问题;通过斜导柱滑块抽芯机构,解决了型孔成形和抽芯的问题;通过合理选择分型面的设置,解决了弓形高障碍体对车门手柄外盖脱模的阻挡作用。以潜伏式弧形浇口和并严格控制定、动模分型面的间隙,使成型的车门手柄外盖外表面无分型面痕迹。通过这些措施的采用,使得成型的车门手柄外盖不仅能顺利成型和脱模,还具有靓丽的外观。
Through the analysis of the shape of the front door cover, the requirements of the arch height, the obstacle body of the inner convex platfonn, the inner groove, the hole and the appearance elements are found out. These shape elements all affect the structure of injection molds. Aiming at these factors, the corresponding structure scheme of injection molds is formulated. The problems of molding and demoulding of obstacle body of inner convex platform and elements of inner groove were solved by adopting the mechanism of inner core-pulling and demoulding of oblique push rod. The problems of molding and core-pulling of mold holes were solved by using the mechanism of slider core-pulling of oblique guide pillar, and the blocking effect of bow-shaped high obstacle body on demoulding of front door top cover was solved by reasonably selecting the setting of parting surface. The gap between the latent arc gate and the parting surface of the fixed-motion mold is strictly controlled so that there is no trace of the parting surface on the outer surface of the front door cover machined. Through the adoption of these measures, the front door cover can not only be molded and demoulded smoothly, but also has a beautiful appearance.
